Justyol, a Morocco-based cross-border e-commerce platform, has secured a \$1 million funding and financing package to accelerate its growth and regional expansion. The package includes \$400,000 in equity from a private angel investor and \$600,000 in inventory financing from Turkish investment firm Danis Group, facilitated by Nomadic Minds. This milestone marks a significant step in Justyol’s mission to redefine cross-border commerce in North Africa.
The platform, co-founded by Ahmed Badran, aims to create more than just a marketplace by establishing the infrastructure that will support the future of e-commerce in the region. With more than 250,000 active users and 30,000 monthly orders, Justyol has already positioned itself as a leader in the North African digital commerce space. The company has achieved 300% year-over-year growth, demonstrating strong market demand and customer adoption.
A major part of the funding will be directed toward scaling operations. Justyol plans to expand its team and systems to meet growing customer needs, improve its sales and customer support capacity, and enhance its marketing efforts to penetrate deeper into the Moroccan market. Additionally, the company is preparing for regional expansion into new North African countries as part of its broader MENA growth strategy.
The startup has also strengthened its ecosystem through key partnerships and integrations. It has aligned with global platforms such as AliExpress and Trendyol while expanding delivery capacity through collaborations with logistics providers like Aramex, Cathides, and Colis Privé. These partnerships enhance reliability and speed, which are crucial for scaling cross-border commerce effectively.
Looking ahead, Justyol is preparing for its Series A funding round. According to Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer Ahmed Rashed, this new financing package provides both the capital and operational support required to accelerate expansion across the region. The company is particularly focused on enhancing logistics capabilities, which Co-Founder and Head of Logistics Anas Ahmed emphasizes will be central to ensuring faster and more reliable deliveries.
By combining strategic financing, strong partnerships, and an ambitious expansion plan, Justyol is paving the way for a new era of e-commerce in North Africa. Its focus on scaling, regional reach, and customer experience positions it as a key player in unlocking the potential of cross-border trade in the region.
