Telecel Ghana has donated a fully equipped 42-unit ICT laboratory to the University of Ghana, reinforcing its commitment to advancing digital education, research and innovation across the country.
The ICT lab, delivered under the company’s corporate social responsibility programme, will provide students and faculty with improved access to digital learning resources while supporting technology-enabled teaching, research and innovation at Ghana’s premier higher education institution.
The initiative builds on a partnership between Telecel Ghana and the University of Ghana that dates back to 2010, during which the telecommunications provider has supported the institution with internet connectivity and digital infrastructure.
The latest investment highlights the growing role of public-private collaboration in strengthening digital education and equipping students with the skills and tools needed for an increasingly digital future.
