Liquid C2, a business of Cassava Technologies, has announced a reseller partnership with KnowBe4 to expand access to digital workforce security, cybersecurity training and risk management solutions for enterprise customers across Africa.

The partnership will bring KnowBe4’s platform to organisations seeking to strengthen employee security awareness and address risks associated with human behaviour and artificial intelligence agents.

Vinay Hiralall, Chief Commercial Officer at Liquid C2, said employees remain a critical line of defence against cyberattacks. He added that the partnership would help customers identify threats earlier through cybersecurity training tailored to staff at different levels of their organisations.

KnowBe4 will become part of Liquid C2’s Secure360 portfolio, which provides a unified framework covering governance, protection, detection and response. Its addition introduces ongoing security awareness training, phishing simulations and risk management capabilities to help organisations address employee-related security risks.

The KnowBe4 platform also includes attack simulation and training, email and collaboration security, and agent security powered by its Artificial Intelligence Defence Agents (AIDA).

Kurt Mills, Senior Vice President of Global Channel at KnowBe4, said the collaboration would combine the company’s platform with Liquid C2’s existing security services to help organisations build security-conscious cultures and reduce risks associated with employees and AI agents.

The offering will be available to small, medium-sized and large enterprises across Africa. Regulated sectors, including financial services, telecommunications and government, are expected to benefit from solutions tailored to their cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Customers will have access to local billing, regional support, onboarding and industry-specific compliance assistance. KnowBe4 will also be bundled with other Liquid C2 services, including managed cybersecurity and the company’s Governance, Risk and Compliance offering.

The partnership reflects growing attention to workforce security as organisations expand their digital operations and adopt AI technologies. By combining employee-focused training with technical security services, Liquid C2 and KnowBe4 aim to help businesses strengthen their defences against evolving cyber threats.
