MTN South Africa has partnered with the RLabs Hackathon to support the development of young digital innovators by expanding access to digital skills, entrepreneurship support and employment opportunities.
The collaboration combines MTN’s digital infrastructure with RLabs’ community-driven innovation model to help aspiring entrepreneurs and technology professionals gain the tools and experience needed to participate in the digital economy.
According to the partners, participants will benefit from entrepreneurship mentorship, digital skills scholarships and pathways to sustainable employment, creating opportunities for young people to build careers within the technology ecosystem.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to addressing digital skills gaps while promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and economic inclusion through technology-driven programmes.
