MTN Uganda has introduced Webphone with Webex, a communication solution designed to allow businesses and individuals to use their Ugandan 032 number while travelling or working from anywhere in the world.
The service combines MTN Uganda’s telephony capabilities with Webex to support communication, collaboration, and customer engagement beyond traditional geographic boundaries.
According to Ibrahim Senyonga, General Manager – MTN Business, the solution enables users to remain connected to their Ugandan number while abroad, helping businesses maintain communication with customers and teams regardless of location.
MTN Uganda said the service is designed to improve collaboration and enable customers to maintain connections to home, colleagues, and business opportunities while travelling internationally.
The launch forms part of MTN Uganda’s broader efforts to deliver digital communication solutions that respond to the evolving needs of businesses and individuals in an increasingly mobile and connected environment.
