Stanbic Bank has upgraded its core banking system to the latest version of Temenos 24, enhancing service delivery and efficiency for its customers.
Joshua Oigara, Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank Kenya and South Sudan, emphasized the importance of technology and innovation in driving growth in a highly digitized banking environment.

The upgrade to Temenos 24, facilitated by Orion Innovation, a US-based digital business solutions company, is set to be completed by the end of the year in phased stages to minimize service disruption.
Anoop Gala, Global Head of Financial Services at Orion, expressed their commitment to fostering digital innovation in Africa’s financial sector through partnerships like these with Stanbic Bank.
Stanbic Bank reported a 34.2 percent growth in profit to Sh12.16 billion for the full year ending December, underscoring its robust financial performance amidst the upgrade.
