In his new role, Chiura will be responsible for shaping CBZ’s international strategy—particularly its fintech partnerships, bank collaborations, and startup ecosystem engagements. Chiura holds strong academic credentials as well, including a Master’s Certificate in IT/Project Management from Villanova University, an MBA in International Business from the University of Phoenix, and a BA in Economics from Lehigh University. He has also completed advanced doctoral studies in International Business. These qualifications underscore his strategic, analytical and leadership capacities to guide CBZ’s global pursuits and navigate the complex regulatory and operational terrain of cross-border expansion.
