Piloted at Itumbe and Kiru tea factories in collaboration with GIZ, the system tracks electronic energy consumption, biomass usage, and steam generation, providing key metrics data for informed decision-making.
This innovative system enables real-time quantification of energy consumption per source, facilitating swift interventions to optimize energy usage.
