Tech Mahindra has expanded its agentic AI readiness through a partnership with Google Cloud aimed at scaling hands-on capabilities in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise across its global workforce.
The partnership is designed to support growing enterprise demand for production-ready AI by combining trained and certified talent with reusable industry solutions, production deployment experience and a growing portfolio of agentic AI solutions.
A key part of the initiative is the “Build with Gemini” hands-on workshop, which Tech Mahindra is rolling out to more than 12,500 associates worldwide. Participants will learn to create, secure and govern AI agents using Gemini Enterprise tools including Agent Runtime, Agent Gateway and Model Armor.
Associates who complete the workshop will earn a Google Cloud Skill Badge, strengthening the talent base supporting Tech Mahindra’s enterprise AI delivery capabilities. The initiative builds on the company’s experience deploying Gemini Enterprise and developing industry-specific agentic AI solutions across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and retail.
The collaboration is aligned with Tech Mahindra’s “AI Delivered Right” strategy, which focuses on translating AI innovation into responsible, secure and measurable enterprise outcomes. The partnership is intended to help organisations move from AI experimentation towards production deployment and adoption at scale.
