Yellow Card has appointed Ross Everett as its new Group Chief Financial Officer, adding an experienced financial services and technology executive to its global leadership team.
Everett brings experience spanning digital banking, traditional banking and professional services. His previous positions include Group Financial Controller at digital bank Monzo, alongside roles at Deutsche Bank, Barclays and KPMG.
At Yellow Card, Everett will lead the company’s global finance function, with responsibility for financial strategy, planning and performance, reporting, treasury, capital management and financial governance.
Everett said his focus will be on strengthening the financial foundations required to support Yellow Card’s international growth while maintaining financial discipline as the company scales.
His appointment follows Yellow Card’s recent $40 million strategic funding round. The company said the funding will support its expansion into Latin America and Asia-Pacific as demand for stablecoin infrastructure continues to develop across international markets.
Yellow Card CEO and Co-Founder Chris Maurice said Everett’s previous experience in building financial discipline during periods of rapid growth would support the company as it expands.
The appointment comes as Yellow Card continues positioning its stablecoin infrastructure business for broader global expansion, with financial management becoming an increasingly important part of its growth strategy.
