Egypt’s National Telecommunications Institute (NTI) has signed a cooperation protocol with Digital Twin and Automation company 4DT.io to strengthen young people’s skills in digital transformation and automation. The agreement was signed in Cairo on 19 September 2026.
The partnership forms part of Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology strategy to build digital capabilities and prepare young people for changing labour market requirements. Under the agreement, NTI and 4DT.io will deliver specialised training combining technical instruction, practical experience and professional expertise.
The programmes will prepare participants for careers across information technology, digital transformation and automation. Training will include practical sessions, applied projects and specialised workshops designed to strengthen both technical and professional capabilities.
The collaboration is also intended to connect training more closely with real-world applications and the skills required by employers. This approach will give participants opportunities to apply their knowledge while developing capabilities relevant to emerging technology fields.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunications Institute, and Mahmoud Abdel Rahman, Director of Digital Twin and Automation 4DT.io. The partnership adds to NTI’s efforts to expand collaboration with specialised ICT companies and provide training aligned with evolving workforce requirements.
