Orange Egypt has partnered with MARAKEZ to deploy digital infrastructure, smart systems and integrated connectivity services across four residential and commercial developments in Egypt.
The partnership covers Ramla on Egypt’s North Coast, District 5 in New Cairo, Aeon Towers in 6th of October City, and Mall of Arabia. Orange Egypt will design, install and operate telecommunications networks tailored to the requirements of each development.
The deployment will include end-to-end fibre infrastructure, smart living solutions and Triple Play services combining internet, television and voice services. At District 5, the services will support residential units as well as businesses and commercial spaces.
At Aeon Towers, Orange Egypt will deploy fibre-to-the-home networks for residents and businesses, alongside high-speed connectivity for commercial units. At Ramla, the partnership will provide Triple Play services, public Wi-Fi across beach areas, and high-speed connectivity for hotels and commercial units.
At Mall of Arabia, the companies will work on an intelligent CCTV surveillance system for the mall’s first phase and provide public Wi-Fi for visitors. The systems are intended to support both customer experience and operational requirements.
