Kelvin Ndhlovu Appointed Managing Director of Airtel Money Zambia.

Airtel Mobile Commerce Zambia Limited (Airtel Money) has appointed Kelvin Ndhlovu as its new Managing Director, effective 1 July 2026, as the company strengthens its leadership to drive the next phase of growth in digital financial services and financial inclusion.

Ndhlovu succeeds Andrew Chuma, who has taken up a new leadership role within the Airtel Africa Group. Prior to his appointment, Ndhlovu served as Group Head of Decision Support for Airtel Money Africa, providing strategic leadership and performance oversight across the company’s operations in 14 African markets.

With extensive experience in telecommunications, fintech, corporate governance and business transformation, Ndhlovu will lead Airtel Money Zambia’s strategy to expand digital financial services, accelerate innovation and enhance access to inclusive financial solutions for individuals and businesses across the country.

According to Airtel Africa, the appointment reflects the group’s commitment to developing internal talent and promoting leadership from within as part of its long-term succession planning strategy. The company believes strong leadership will play a key role in supporting sustainable growth across its African operations.

Airtel Money Zambia also thanked outgoing Managing Director Andrew Chuma for his leadership and contributions to the business, wishing him continued success in his new role within the Airtel Africa Group.
