Airtel Africa Foundation has upgraded learning facilities in four adopted schools in Uganda, providing improved classrooms, computer facilities, internet connectivity and sanitation infrastructure to support access to quality education.
The improvements include computer facilities equipped with 40 computers and internet connectivity, benefiting 3,349 learners and 83 teachers across the four schools.
The latest intervention brings the total number of schools supported by the Foundation’s School Adoption Programme in Uganda to nine.

It said better school infrastructure and access to digital tools can help teachers deliver quality education while enabling learners to develop essential skills for the future.
Through the School Adoption Programme, Airtel Africa Foundation said it remains committed to supporting schools and improving learning conditions for children across the continent.
