Yellow Card has won Gold in the Diamond category at the 2026 Money Awards, marking its second consecutive win at the fintech awards.

According to Money20/20, the Diamond category is the awards’ highest honour, recognising transformative achievements in global financial technology. Yellow Card previously won the Grand Prix in the Payments category in 2025.

The latest recognition follows a year of expansion for the company as it broadens its international presence and develops financial infrastructure for businesses. Yellow Card secured $40 million in strategic funding in August 2026 and expanded into Latin America, Asia-Pacific and North America. The company also secured anti-money laundering (AML) regulatory affiliation in Switzerland.

Yellow Card launched Global Accounts, a service that enables businesses to open named US dollar, British pound and euro accounts and connect to local payment rails in more than 190 countries through a single application programming interface (API) or its Treasury Portal.

The company was also named to Fortune’s inaugural Crypto Innovators list in June 2026.

Yellow Card CEO and co-founder Chris Maurice said the company had made strategic decisions to expand its work in emerging markets and pursue a broader global vision. CTO and co-founder Justin Poiroux said the award recognised the technology and team behind the company’s efforts to simplify cross-border money movement for businesses.

The consecutive awards highlight Yellow Card’s continued development in the global fintech sector, particularly in digital asset infrastructure and cross-border financial services.
