Gabon’s National Agency for Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies (ANINF) is supporting the digital transformation of parliamentary activities through a new platform designed to modernise legislative work.
The initiative began on October 19, 2026, when National Assembly Speaker Michel Régis Onanga M. Ndiaye officially launched the digitalisation process through the Legislative Work Management Platform (GTLAN). The launch also featured the symbolic presentation of digital tablets to members of parliament.
ANINF experts, led by Director General Alberto Mounguengui Moudoki, conducted training sessions that concluded on October 20, 2026. The sessions introduced lawmakers to the platform and its features for managing legislative activities.
Training covered committee reviews of proposed texts, government hearings and real-time collaboration on amendments to legislative documents. These functions are intended to support more efficient parliamentary procedures and improve coordination among lawmakers.
The GTLAN platform enables the digital management of parliamentary documents and related activities, reducing reliance on traditional processes while supporting collaboration and efficiency in legislative work.
The initiative aligns with President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema’s broader vision of using digital transformation to modernise public institutions. Through the platform’s deployment and the accompanying training, ANINF is reinforcing its role in advancing the government’s digital transformation agenda and strengthening Gabon’s digital sovereignty.
