Airtel Nigeria Launches Single-Seater Shops to Expand Customer Access Across the Country
Airtel Nigeria has launched its new Single-Seater Shops initiative, introducing a compact retail model designed to bring telecom products and customer services closer to users across the country.
The flagship outlet was officially opened on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at City Mall, Onikan, Lagos, marking the start of a nationwide rollout of the new retail concept.
According to Airtel Nigeria, the Single-Seater Shops are designed to improve accessibility by providing customers with convenient locations where they can purchase Airtel products, access customer support and receive a range of telecom services without needing to visit larger service centers.
The new retail format is expected to create more customer touchpoints across communities, helping subscribers access services more easily while reducing the distance between customers and support channels.
Airtel said the initiative represents part of its broader strategy to enhance customer experience, increase service accessibility and provide more seamless interactions with its products and solutions.
As the rollout expands across Nigeria, the Single-Seater Shops will support Airtel’s efforts to strengthen its retail presence and ensure customers can access connectivity solutions closer to where they live and work.
The initiative reflects the growing shift in the telecommunications industry toward flexible, customer-focused service models that combine convenience with wider digital inclusion.
