Inlaks has appointed Emmanuel Makina as Regional Head of Infrastructure Sales, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its technology infrastructure business across Africa.
Makina joins Inlaks after six years at PAIX Data Centres, where he led the company’s Sales and Marketing function. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships and expanding the adoption of carrier-neutral data centre services across the region.
Prior to PAIX, Makina served as National Account Manager at Liquid Telecom, where he worked with enterprise customers to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Azure cloud services and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
Announcing his departure from PAIX Data Centres, Makina reflected on his six-year journey, describing it as one of the most rewarding chapters of his professional career. He expressed gratitude to the company’s leadership, colleagues, customers and industry partners for their support and the opportunity to help build the commercial function from the ground up.
His appointment at Inlaks brings significant expertise in data centres, cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure and strategic account management as the company continues to strengthen its infrastructure capabilities and support digital transformation initiatives across the region.
