In her new role, Lutchman will lead both direct and channel sales, driving the company’s national sales strategy and playing a central role in Euphoria Telecom’s next phase of growth. She joined the company in late 2024 as Sales Manager and has rapidly established herself as a key contributor to the organization’s commercial success.

With over a decade of experience in B2B sales within the telecoms and ICT sectors, Lutchman has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple sales channels. Since joining Euphoria, she has strengthened sales execution through customer-centric strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and initiatives aimed at maximizing long-term customer value, setting the stage for sustained business impact.
Lutchman holds an MBA and additional academic qualifications in business and leadership.
