Cassava Technologies has entered into a strategic collaboration with Accenture to accelerate the rollout of sovereign AI solutions across Africa. Accenture will deploy its AI Refinery™ platform alongside Cassava’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), powered by NVIDIA AI infrastructure and hosted in Cassava’s secure data centres. This integrated solution will deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI capabilities tailored to African enterprises, beginning in South Africa and expanding to Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, and Nigeria in phased stages.
Cassava’s pan-African high-speed, ultra-low-latency fibre network will interconnect its energy-efficient data centres, providing the backbone for AI computing workloads. This robust infrastructure will support enterprises across key industries—financial services, mining, agriculture, telecommunications, and healthcare—by making sovereign AI solutions more accessible, reliable, and effective for local needs.
