Previously, Chaudry served as the Group CFO at Foodhub, where he was instrumental in expanding operations to eight countries and driving significant revenue growth. At Vendease, his primary focus will be on innovating and enhancing food procurement operations across the continent, supporting the company’s vision to redefine how businesses manage their food supply chains.

Vendease, founded in 2019, operates in Nigeria and Ghana, providing real-time inventory tracking, predictive analytics for demand forecasting, and automated reconciliation for the food procurement sector. The platform also offers customized financial services, including a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service, designed to help businesses manage cash flow and invest in growth opportunities effectively.
The company’s technology has already empowered over 4,000 African businesses, saving them more than $12 million in procurement costs. Additionally, Vendease has deployed $72 million in credit to support the growth of food businesses, demonstrating its significant impact on the sector.
