Exciting News from Power Learn Project!

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of our new Board of Trustees, led by former ICT and Youth Chief Administrative Secretary Nadia Ahmed Abdalla. With ambitious goals ahead, including impacting 15,000 lives through tech scholarships in 2024, our new board is set to drive transformative change in Africa’s tech landscape.

Under the leadership of Chair Sasaki Kenji, philanthropist and entrepreneur, along with esteemed members Serah Katusya, Martin Ndlovu, Anthony Muiyuro, and Wakiuru Njuguna, the PLP board is poised to guide our organization towards greater impact and innovation. Together, we’re committed to empowering the next generation of tech leaders to tackle Africa’s most pressing challenges.

Nadia Abdalla, our newly appointed board leader, brings a wealth of experience in youth empowerment and shares our vision for Africa’s future. With her leadership, we’re poised to make even greater strides in equipping African youth with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the digital age.

In addition to our new board, we’re proud to welcome Morris Mwangi as Director of Finance and Administration and Albert Kimani as Director of Programs and Strategy. Together with our expanded team and the conclusion of our partnership with Adanian Labs, we’re intensifying our efforts in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nigeria to empower even more youth with tech skills.
