Goodwell Investments, in collaboration with Alitheia Capital, has initiated an impactful investment in OmniRetail, a Nigerian B2B e-commerce platform revolutionizing Sub-Saharan Africa’s informal supply chains. Through its uMunthu II fund, Goodwell aims to bolster OmniRetail’s Series A fundraising round, reinforcing its commitment to fostering social impact enterprises in emerging markets.

Founded in 2019, OmniRetail addresses critical challenges within Africa’s commerce value chain, particularly those encountered by informal retailers.
