Epson unveiled the AM-C400 and AM-C550 MFPs, featuring innovative Heat-Free Line Inkjet technology, revolutionizing office printing for the A4 market.
According to Epson, these new printers offer enhanced solutions with all the energy-saving and productivity benefits of their existing Line Inkjet printers, now in a smaller, more compact A4 format. This expansion of Epson’s A4 inkjet lineup provides an ideal solution for users with higher print volumes, delivering improved efficiency and sustainability.
With impressive print and scan speeds of up to 55ppm and 100ppm respectively, along with high paper capacities and yield ink cartridges of up to 31,500 pages, the AM-C400 and AM-C550 ensure enhanced productivity and ease of operation. Mukesh Bector, Epson’s Regional Head for East and West Africa, emphasized the printers’ quick and easy operation with an improved colour touch-screen user interface.
Furthermore, Epson’s innovative ‘C’ shaped paper path design has reduced the printers’ footprint, making them among the smallest in their class. This compact size makes them perfect for environments requiring reliable and productive devices while facing space constraints. Epson Europe’s Jose Sanandres highlighted how this range bridges the gap in Epson’s product lineup, offering impressive productivity levels comparable to A3 models but with a smaller footprint.
