Kenya Launches National Skills Inventory to Boost Job Placement

The Ministry of Labour launches the National Skills Inventory following President William Ruto’s directive to address unemployment.

This initiative aims to map and collect data on all available skills in the country, supporting a comprehensive skills migration agenda.

Unemployed individuals are urged to register their skills on the inventory, while employers are directed to submit job orders and opportunities, contributing to a strategic framework for addressing the current unemployment challenge.
