Telr, a regulated regional payments provider operating across key Middle Eastern markets, has partnered with CreditPool to launch Telr Multi-Card Payments, a service that allows customers to split a single purchase across multiple payment cards.
Available exclusively on Telr payment pages, the feature aims to address declined transactions caused by individual card limits or insufficient funds by allowing shoppers to combine payments from different cards to complete a purchase.
For merchants, the service is designed to increase sales, raise average order values and reduce cart abandonment. Customers can also combine rewards earned across multiple cards when making purchases.
Telr Founder and CEO Khalil Alami said the partnership with CreditPool reflects the company’s commitment to payment innovation and addressing insufficient funds as a major cause of payment declines.
CreditPool Co-Founder and CEO Rafik Ibrahim said the service gives shoppers greater flexibility while helping merchants capture additional revenue and improve the customer payment experience.
Beyond payment processing, Telr offers e-commerce solutions including social commerce, invoicing, Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and financing. The company operates under a Retail Payment Services License issued by the UAE Central Bank.
The launch expands Telr’s payment offerings across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, providing merchants with additional tools to improve transaction completion and support digital commerce.
