Fawry, Egypt’s leading fintech company, has announced a new collaboration through Fawry Business with Congineer, a technology solutions provider for the retail and business sectors and authorised Retail Pro partner in Egypt.
The partnership integrates Congineer’s Retail Pro solutions with Fawry’s point-of-sale (POS) and payment services, allowing merchants to manage sales operations through their existing retail management system while processing payments through Fawry’s solutions.
The integrated offering supports payments through both Congineer’s POS devices and Fawry’s POS devices, giving merchants greater flexibility in how they manage transactions.
The solution brings together sales management, POS functions and payment processing within a connected system. It is designed to streamline daily operations, reduce manual intervention, minimise human errors and accelerate workflows.
Businesses can also access clearer financial and operational reporting, providing greater visibility into their activities. The solution further supports payroll management through the Fawry Business payroll portal, allowing companies to schedule and transfer employee payments through bank accounts, e-wallets, myfawry yellowcard or cash vouchers.
Congineer CEO Nazmy Said said the partnership would provide merchants with a more flexible operational experience by combining Retail Pro and Congineer’s technology with Fawry’s payment infrastructure.
Bassem Lotfy, Head of Business Development at Fawry, said the collaboration forms part of Fawry Business’ efforts to expand its digital solutions through partnerships with specialised technology providers and create more integrated services for businesses.
The companies plan to expand the integrated solution across Egypt’s retail sector and business community while continuing to develop services that combine business management technology with fintech solutions.
