Salesforce and Innovation City have announced the deployment of Salesforce Agentforce to streamline business registration services at Innovation City in the UAE.
The companies describe the implementation as the world’s first AI-powered registration platform of its kind, combining Salesforce’s AI capabilities with Innovation City’s digital ecosystem to help businesses access services and complete registration processes more efficiently.
Agentforce provides Innovation City with a digital workforce of AI agents capable of executing defined tasks and workflows within established parameters, permissions and controls. According to the companies, processes that previously took days or weeks can now be completed in minutes, with human oversight introduced for complex exceptions or decisions requiring strategic judgement.
The platform operates within Innovation City’s existing governance and regulatory framework, with security, auditability and compliance controls embedded throughout the registration process.
Powered by Salesforce’s data and compliance architecture, the implementation is designed to reduce friction across company registration and related business processes, giving businesses faster access to services needed to establish and expand their operations.
Innovation City CEO Paul Dawalibi said the platform is intended to transform the company formation experience by combining intelligent automation with governance and human oversight.
Mohammed AlKhothani, General Manager and SVP of Salesforce Middle East, said the partnership demonstrates how AI agents can be applied to business processes while maintaining requirements around governance, data privacy and trust.
The deployment also aligns with the UAE’s wider efforts to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies across government services and the broader economy.
