NTT DATA is expanding the deployment of its AI-powered infrastructure operations platform to support complex global enterprise environments, combining real-time monitoring, predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
The platform is designed to improve operational resilience, efficiency and visibility across local and global IT environments. Its deployment includes support for Daimler Truck, one of the world’s major commercial vehicle manufacturers.
NTT DATA said its integrated platform provides data-driven oversight across service areas while monitoring tens of thousands of devices in real time. The approach is intended to strengthen reliability, improve performance and optimise capacity and resource utilisation.
The platform uses AI-driven predictive insights to identify potential disruptions before they affect production environments. Automated, multi-stage incident processing also helps accelerate issue resolution, reduce manual workloads and minimise downtime and operational risks.
NTT DATA is additionally using an AI-orchestrated global delivery model that combines on-site expertise with offshore execution, supporting infrastructure operations across geographically distributed environments.
The company said coordinated hardware upgrades and lifecycle management further help maintain reliable connectivity for users and production sites.
According to Abhijit Dubey, CEO and Chief AI Officer of NTT DATA, the platform is designed to increase transparency and automation while supporting faster response times and more stable IT infrastructure.
The deployment reflects the growing use of AI in enterprise infrastructure management, where predictive analytics and automation are being applied to improve the resilience and efficiency of large-scale technology environments.
