Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo, has introduced Hexnode Context Layer, an intelligence layer designed to power Agentic AI for endpoint management through its Genie AI conversational interface.
The Context Layer uses live data from Hexnode’s Unified Endpoint Management platform to help Genie AI translate natural-language requests into relevant endpoint workflows through a single conversational experience.
The technology acts as an orchestration and governance layer between Genie AI and Hexnode UEM, automatically routing administrator requests to specialised agents responsible for different endpoint management functions.
These agents cover device management, user and group management, policy and configuration, application management, and operational reporting, allowing administrators to manage multiple UEM workflows through a unified interface.
Hexnode says consequential actions will remain subject to administrator approval, while the company plans to extend the architecture across Hexnode XDR and Hexnode IdP to support more coordinated endpoint, identity and security workflows.
