MTN has launched an AI-enabled Job Board on its MTN Skills Academy, introducing a new way for learners to connect digital skills development with employment opportunities.
The feature combines job discovery, skills guidance and application tracking, allowing users to explore vacancies, assess how their skills match employer requirements and identify relevant courses to address potential gaps.
Available across 11 MTN markets, the Job Board provides personalised job recommendations based on users’ skills, location and career goals, while also allowing them to save opportunities and track applications.
The initiative comes as demand for digital skills continues to grow across Africa, with more than 230 million jobs in sub-Saharan Africa expected to require digital skills by 2030, according to the International Finance Corporation.
By connecting learning with job opportunities, MTN is positioning the Skills Academy as a platform that extends beyond training to support clearer pathways from skills development to economic participation.
