MTN Uganda has opened a new service centre in Bwaise at Kigabo Mall, next to Luqman Petrol Station, expanding access to its telecommunications and digital services for customers in the community.
The new centre offers a range of services, including SIM registration and swaps, MTN MoMo, data services, eSIM, sales and customer support, giving residents of Bwaise and surrounding areas a more convenient point of access.
The opening also included community engagement activities, with MTN Uganda staff, NileCom and local leaders participating in a clean-up exercise at Bwaise Market.
The company also engaged boda-boda riders through a campaign focused on affordable connectivity and practical digital value, highlighting the role of mobile services in supporting everyday economic activity.
The Bwaise centre forms part of MTN Uganda’s wider efforts to strengthen customer access and engagement by expanding its physical presence in communities while making its digital and financial services more accessible.
