Decide has partnered with Café One, Nigeria’s largest co-working space network, to expand access to AI-powered workplace productivity tools for entrepreneurs, startups and professionals across the country.

Under the partnership, Café One members will receive complimentary access to Decide as part of their membership. With more than 30 co-working locations nationwide, Café One supports a growing community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, analysts, founders, operators and startups that rely heavily on spreadsheets, business reports and research in their daily work.

Decide is an AI-powered productivity platform designed to automate spreadsheet analysis and research tasks. The company says its technology is already used by professionals at organisations including KPMG, PwC and Bank of America, while achieving 82.5% verified accuracy on SpreadsheetBench, placing it among the leading AI agents for spreadsheet-related work.

The collaboration marks the first major deployment under Decide for Work, the company’s new initiative aimed at embedding AI agents into businesses, universities, co-working spaces and professional communities. The programme seeks to integrate AI directly into existing workplace environments, enabling professionals to adopt AI tools within their everyday workflows.

According to Decide, the partnership reflects a broader vision of making AI more accessible where people already work rather than requiring entirely new workflows. Alongside integrations with common business applications such as spreadsheets and email, the company plans to expand through strategic partnerships with physical workspaces and professional networks.

As part of the rollout, Café One members will receive guidance on activating their access to Decide, with additional support available across Café One locations nationwide. The initiative is expected to improve productivity by automating repetitive spreadsheet and research tasks while accelerating practical AI adoption across Nigeria’s entrepreneurial and professional ecosystem.
