Infobip and Digitas Middle East, the Marketing Transformation arm of Publicis Groupe, have announced a strategic partnership aimed at helping enterprises redefine customer engagement through the power of artificial intelligence, real-time communications, and personalized digital experiences. The collaboration brings together Infobip’s AI-first cloud communications platform and Publicis Groupe’s expertise in data, customer experience strategy, media transformation, and creative innovation to deliver a new generation of intelligent customer interactions at scale.

At the center of the partnership is the Infobip AgentOS platform, which will serve as the foundation for a joint service practice designed to help organizations unify marketing transformation, AI-powered personalization, and business messaging. By combining enterprise-grade communications infrastructure with advanced data and customer experience capabilities, the partnership seeks to create seamless, connected customer journeys that enable brands to engage consumers more effectively across multiple channels and touchpoints in real time.

The collaboration will initially roll out across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions under a global framework agreement.
