Emirates is excited to unveil its first retail store in Kenya, marking a significant enhancement in its customer service experience. The store offers Kenyan travelers access to a suite of services, including travel advice, consultancy, and smart self-service technologies, elevating Emirates’ renowned hospitality standards and offering a personalized experience. This initiative aims to streamline services, reduce delays, and bring Emirates’ premium experience to life through interactive displays of its travel products.

This retail concept represents Emirates’ commitment to reimagining the customer journey, providing Kenyan travelers with a modern, user-friendly space for booking, inquiries, and experiencing the Emirates brand first-hand. With immersive displays and an inviting environment, the Emirates World store is designed to bring the brand’s ‘Fly Better’ promise into every customer interaction.

As the airline approaches its 30th anniversary in Kenya, Emirates celebrates its deep connection with the Kenyan market. Over the years, Emirates has served over five million passengers flying between Kenya and Dubai, offering a seamless travel experience that has fostered strong ties between the two regions. This milestone reflects the importance of Kenya within Emirates’ global network.

2023 also saw Emirates strengthen its African reach through a partnership with Kenya Airways, connecting travelers to 28 additional destinations across the continent. With Nairobi and Mombasa as major hubs, the collaboration expands Emirates’ African footprint, linking passengers from Kenya to destinations like Kigali, Kilimanjaro, and beyond, making travel more accessible and convenient.

Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, expressed pride in introducing this innovative retail model to Africa, with Kenya as the inaugural location. Kazim highlighted that the Emirates World store offers a taste of the signature Emirates experience, with knowledgeable staff and interactive showcases that underscore the airline’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
