Felix Mutati, Zambia’s Minister of Science and Technology, announced the launch of this transformative project in Gwembe, Southern Province. Minister Mutati highlighted the collaboration between his ministry and the Ministry of Health to track and trace pharmaceuticals from procurement to patient use. Minister of Health Elijah Muchina also addressed the issue of pharmaceutical theft, emphasizing that such criminal activities deprive Zambians of essential medicines.
