Telecom Egypt has finalized a multi-year agreement with Mada Communications to serve as its preferred international SMS service provider. This strategic partnership highlights Telecom Egypt’s commitment to leveraging Mada’s extensive expertise and advanced technology to enhance its messaging services.
Mada Communications was selected for its exceptional knowledge, robust partnerships, and stringent security protocols. The company’s ability to seamlessly integrate with Telecom Egypt’s existing systems and its platform adaptability were also pivotal in this decision.
Mada is a prominent global telecom solutions provider, operating across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia. With a reach of over 250 million clients in 195 countries, Mada offers a wide range of services including voice, messaging, data, fintech, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Under this agreement, Mada will manage all of Telecom Egypt’s International Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging services. This includes critical services such as two-factor authentication and automated notifications, which are essential for enhancing user experience and driving revenue growth.
