Jimmie Mwangi is named the new Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) at the Diamond Trust Bank (DTB). Mwangi, who recently announced his appointment on LinkedIn, is set to steer the bank toward innovative digital strategies and technological advancements.
Mwangi succeeds Dennis Volemi, who has transitioned to the role of Group Chief Technology Officer at KCB Bank Group.
Before his current role, Mwangi served as Group Chief Information Officer at Equity Bank Limited, where he played a pivotal role in managing business process innovation and enterprise digitalization.
