Valu Jordan has partnered with Tawqi3i, a Jordanian platform specialising in secure and certified electronic signature solutions, to digitise its customer onboarding process and simplify access to its financial services.
Through the partnership, Valu Jordan has integrated local digital signature solutions into its app, allowing customers to complete registration and electronically sign the documents required to activate their accounts and credit limits. The process removes the need to visit physical activation points.
The integration marks another step in Valu Jordan’s efforts to create a faster and more seamless digital customer journey. By digitising the signing process, the company aims to simplify onboarding and help customers access its flexible payment solutions and purchase products and services through its partner network.
The adoption of electronic signatures is also expected to reduce paperwork and manual processes, improve operational efficiency and provide customers and business partners with greater flexibility.
Mohammad Al Yousef, CEO of Valu Jordan, said the integration reflects the company’s focus on using technology to make financial services more accessible and convenient. He highlighted partnerships as an important part of strengthening the company’s digital ecosystem and improving the customer experience.
Sami Rasekh, CEO of Tawqi3i, said the partnership demonstrates how financial technology and digital trust solutions can work together to simplify transactions and support more efficient financial services.
The collaboration also aligns with Jordan’s wider digital transformation efforts and the objectives of its National Financial Inclusion Strategy for 2023–2028. As digital channels become increasingly important to consumers, secure electronic processes are becoming a key part of the financial services ecosystem.
Since entering Jordan, Valu has continued to expand its services and partner network while strengthening its digital capabilities through collaborations across the financial, commercial and technology sectors.
