Tanzania Telecommunications Corporation (TTCL) has won the Innovative Service Provider of the Year award in the telecommunications sector at the International Customer Service Week Innovation Awards 2026.
The award was received by TTCL Acting Public Relations Manager, Ester Mbanguka, on behalf of the corporation’s Director General, Moremi Marwa.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mbanguka encouraged businesses, institutions and other stakeholders to use TTCL’s communication and high-speed internet services to meet their connectivity needs.
She also invited members of the public to visit TTCL’s FTTX Technology Showroom in Kijitonyama, Dar es Salaam, to experience its internet services and explore the range of digital solutions offered by the corporation.
The recognition highlights TTCL’s role in Tanzania’s telecommunications sector and its focus on providing connectivity services and digital solutions to businesses, institutions and individual customers.
