Konecta has inaugurated its new regional headquarters in Egypt alongside a dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) Center, strengthening the country’s position as a strategic hub for AI-powered customer experience (CX), multilingual services and digital offshoring.

The launch reflects Konecta’s long-term investment strategy in Egypt as the company expands its capabilities in artificial intelligence-driven customer solutions and business process outsourcing services supporting international markets, particularly in Europe.

The inauguration was attended by Eng. Rafat Hindy, Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Ahmed Elzaher, Chief Executive Officer of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), highlighting continued government support for Egypt’s growing digital services sector.

The new headquarters and AI Center will support Konecta’s efforts to develop advanced customer experience solutions, leverage artificial intelligence technologies and strengthen multilingual service delivery capabilities.

Konecta currently employs approximately 800 professionals in Egypt and plans to grow its workforce to 1,000 employees by the end of the year, further contributing to local talent development and Egypt’s expanding outsourcing ecosystem.
