Tomorrow Foundation has signed a new three-year partnership with Thunderbird School of Global Management and Arizona State University to deliver the 100 Million Learners Initiative in Nigeria, expanding access to entrepreneurial, leadership and future-ready skills for young people preparing to thrive in an AI-driven economy.

The programme offers free, self-paced online learning in up to 40 languages through three learning pathways. Participants can choose from foundational entrepreneurship courses, intermediate academic programmes that build business and leadership capabilities, or advanced graduate-level courses designed to develop strategic leadership skills and provide pathways toward master’s degree credits.

The initiative forms part of Tomorrow Foundation’s broader AI for All programme, which aims to expand access to quality education and opportunity as artificial intelligence transforms industries and the future of work. With approximately 70 percent of Nigeria’s population under the age of 30 and millions entering the workforce annually, the programme seeks to address critical digital skills gaps while preparing young people for emerging economic opportunities.

Tomorrow Foundation will lead learner recruitment and mobilisation in collaboration with government agencies, universities and youth organisations, with a particular focus on reaching underserved communities. Participants will also gain access to the Foundation’s entrepreneurship programmes, providing additional support for innovation, business development and career growth.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to empowering the next generation with the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to shape Nigeria’s digital future while strengthening entrepreneurship, leadership and long-term economic development across the country.
